Queer Earth Food is a collection of writing and art on food, the earth, and queerness. In this first issue you will find firsthand accounts of rural queer experiences. The contributors blur the line between agriculture and food and beverage, and are largely located outside of the NYC/LA food industries. These people are farmers, ceramicists, artists, cooks, and writers. In this increasingly digital age, it’s important that their work, and all queer work, lives in a dedicated, tangible print space.
