SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY
We offer free shipping within the US for orders over $75. 
Order Processing: All orders ship out of the US. Please allow 2-4 business days for your items to ship out. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, with tracking as soon as your package goes out.
 
Local Pickup: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow 2-4 days for your order to be ready. Any order not picked up within 14 days of notice will be automatically canceled. Please contact us by email with any questions: superiormerchandiseco@gmail.com.

Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, packaging, and arrive back to us undamaged. Return postage is free of charge for all domestic orders. However, if you received free shipping with your purchase, we will be deducting the original shipping costs from your refund. Exchanges: If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. All exchanges will be treated as returns, please see above for details.  
 
Final Sale: All ceramics are final sale. Due to their delicate nature, we will not be able to offer any returns or exchanges. All sale items are final sale.
