IRIBANCHA - A late harvest tea from Uji, Japan that is dried and intensely roasted, producing a rich and smoky aromatic effect reminiscent of pine resin and tobacco. The extended one year fermentation process gives rise to an ethereal and chasmic sensory bouquet - bold and slightly smoky with notes of tamarind fruit.
MIXTO 2022 - This vinegar was made by blending the kombuchas Yesfolk brewed during the year 2022 and then further fermenting and aging them together in new American oak barrels crafted by artisan coopers in the Adirondacks. This unique and ephemeral combination is a living record of them and their brewery during that year.
Kombucha vinegar is raw, unfiltered + pasteurized. May contain some naturally occurring sediment. Refrigeration is not necessary but will reduce the development of floating vinegar mother.
