A 3D printed floating wall shelf made locally in Troy, NY from high strength PLA (
polylactic acid, a bioplastic most commonly made from fermented corn starch) by artist
Gracelee Lawrence. Sculpted using a Virtual Reality app, these shelves are for light/medium use – think of them as functional sculptures!
To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth and warm water as PLA is a low melt plastic, meaning that it will soften if exposed to hot conditions. Measures approx. 13” x 7” x 2”. Comes with mounting hardware.
